I’m getting very excited for the Old Time Music & Dulcimer Week in Palestine, Texas!  It starts midday next Thursday, March 27 and continues through the evening of Saturday, March 29.  The festival is held at the Museum for East Texas Culture in Palestine.  There are tons of great headliners that will be playing at the festival: Carl Jones, Beverly Smith, Rafe Stefanini, Tom, Brad, & Alice, Dana Hamilton, Rick Thum, and many more!  The festival is coordinated by the very musical Wright family from Kennard, Texas.  Festival-goers have their pick of workshops throughout the day, and the evening concerts are always very enjoyable.  If interested in attending, you can check out their web site for more information: http://www.geocities.com/palestinefestival/ .
